Welcome to Body n’ Soul; a one of its kind Health and Fitness Centre in Nairobi.

Body n’ Soul started in August 2003, first in Studio House on Marcus Garvey Road, Kilimani, then later in August 2005 changed the location to Body n’ Soul House on Chaka Road, Kilimani. Body n’ Soul House is a spacious place set on its own compound in a prime location; the Health & Fitness Centre can accommodate more than 300 Members and there are more than 50 secure ample parking for our Members.

Up to date, Body n’ Soul is one of the leading Health & Fitness Centres in Nairobi, Kenya.
